Habitat for Humanity ReStores

Donate goods to support Habitat! Habitat for Humanity ReStore® is a nonprofit retail outlet specializing in the resale of quality new and gently-used furniture, antiques, appliances, and building supplies. By taking in household goods and furniture donations, ReStore diverts tons of reusable materials from our local landfills. ReStore acts as a discount home improvement center by selling new and used building materials and home improvement items to the general public at up to 50% to 90% below retail prices. All donations are tax deductible and all proceeds fund local construction of affordable housing.

Though we do not operate a ReStore within the District of Columbia, there are nearby locations in Virginia and Maryland where you may donate goods or shop with a purpose. Making a donation is easy: you can donate goods by bringing them to any ReStore location or call to schedule a donation pick up and have Habitat come to you!
