Volunteer Services

The Volunteer Services Committee is dedicated to supporting and showing appreciation for DC Habitat volunteers. The Committee's premier activity is organizing our annual Volunteer Appreciation picnic. In addition, they assist with the monthly Nuts & Bolts and sometimes help register volunteers on the construction site. The committee plans to begin organizing monthly social events to bring volunteers together. Other committee duties may include coordinating meals for volunteers, thanking volunteers, and showing appreciation for AmeriCorps members and Collegiate Challenge (spring break) volunteers.
