Bray & Scarff has been a leading appliance and kitchen specialist in the Washington DC area since 1930. Bray & Scarff donated 2 to 3 new appliances per home for each DC Habitat home built in 2005.
WTOP has been broadcasting to the public since 1926. They broadcast Washington's news, traffic, and weather at 104.3 fm, 107.7 fm, 1500 am, and 820 am. WTOP donated 100 promotional spots to DC Habitat during the month of August, 2005 and held a staff volunteer day to help construct a home.
