The first step is to thoroughly review the eligibility requirements and steps to homeownership explained on our website. This information is also available in a downloadable packet. If you are unable to download the packet, please call (202) 882-4600 x 221 to request a hard copy.
If you determine that our program may be a good match, the next step is to send us your contact information. We will invite you to our next scheduled orientation session. Applications are available only to those who attend one of these orientation workshops.
Our newest housing development is located in the Ivy City neighborhood of Northeast Washington, D.C. We are building two- and three-bedroom / one-bathroom homes.
